As I lay here wanting to take my life away
A Gentle Voice tells me thats not the way
He said trust in me my child everything will be ok
As the tears swell up in my eyes
God tells me go head release those tears its alright to cry
Once you finished give all your problems to me

I had a wall up that dynamite couldn't blow down

You walked right up to knocked it down with one single round

When I think of you


When I think of you a smile comes upon my face

There is no need to rush I like this pace

Getting to know you better is my only objective

I don't let just anyone in my space 
I'm very selective

We click and we don't no why

That causes me to smile more and look up to the Sky

What God has for me is for me

So right now I'm waiting patiently to see

Why God place you in my life so gracefully

At this very moment and time

When I felt everything in my life was about to unwind

Not to mention I have been broken down to my very last dime

I giggle because I know I will be just fine

I'm a Lady that knows how to grind

When I think of you so many thoughts run through my head

I'm still smiling and my face just turned blood shot red

Why are you so facinated with it may I ask
Did I do something you always wanted to do
Who are you to judge me when you don't know what I've been through
You still talk about my past because you don't have a life of your own
Parton me but  I thought you were grown
I should have known when you were sitting up talking about other folks
It was just a matter of time before my past would be spoke


Why are you worrying about what I did in my past
Is it because you don't have a life of your own hum well that's just to bad
Worring is not of God it's of the devil
If you knew this I'm sure you would do better
They talked about Jesus Christ
 Keep talking that's not going to make me loose sight
This is not your battle its mine to fight
My  past made  me into the woman I am today
I tell you what I'm going to do for you that's get on my knees and began to Pray

Father help my Haters understand
I serve you Lord and not man
